Al-Rawi Summer Camp 2025
“Al-Rawi Summer Camp 2025” Concludes with Joyful Celebrations and Creative Achievements
Held at the Arab Heritage Center in University City, the “Al-Rawi Summer Camp 2025” wrapped up in a festive atmosphere, reflecting ten days of creativity, learning, and dedication to preserving Emirati cultural heritage.
The camp featured a series of interactive workshops that combined art with hands-on skills, most notably the “My Candle” workshop, where children crafted colorful candles with their own unique touch, and the “Little Farmer” workshop, which gave them the chance to plant seeds and care for the growing plants — a symbolic message about nurturing dreams just as one nurtures small seedlings.
Honoring Young Explorers
The camp concluded with a ceremony honoring the participants, during which Abubakr Al-Kindi, Director of the Sharjah Institute for Heritage, awarded each child the “Explorer’s Medal” in recognition of their commitment and creative spirit. The moment was met with applause and proud smiles from parents, who shared the joy of their children’s accomplishments.
