Sharjah Heritage Institute discusses prospects for institutional cooperation with Sharjah's Department of Human Resources

The Sharjah Heritage Institute held discussions with a delegation from the Sharjah Human Resources Department to explore ways of enhancing institutional cooperation and exchanging expertise in development, training, and building national capacities, in line with the needs of government entities and the requirements of the labor market.
Encouraging Employees and Job Seekers
The two sides discussed mechanisms to motivate Sharjah government employees and job seekers to join the training programs offered by the Institute, aiming to enhance their professional competencies, expand qualification opportunities, and align training pathways with institutional priorities.
Comprehensive Academic Presentation and Specialized Programs
During the visit, Dr. Khalid Al Shehi, Academic Director of the Sharjah Heritage Institute, delivered a presentation outlining the Institute’s vision and mission, highlighting its educational and professional programs and their role in supporting the education and training ecosystem related to cultural heritage.
Towards Effective Strategic Partnerships
The visit comes as part of efforts to activate strategic partnerships and explore avenues for joint cooperation, contributing to the development of national competencies and strengthening integration among government entities in the Emirate of Sharjah.
