(SIH) Organizes Workshop to Enhance Institutional Communication and Develop the Work System
The Sharjah Institute for Heritage organized a workshop that brought together the Institute’s various departments with the aim of strengthening institutional communication, promoting an integrated work culture, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering greater coordination and cooperation among different work teams. The initiative aligns with the Institute’s strategic vision and its cultural, scientific, and knowledge-based objectives.
A Platform for Exchanging Ideas and Strengthening Cooperation
The workshop was held at the International Organizations Theater at the Institute’s headquarters and was attended by H.E. Abu Bakr Al Kindi, Director of the Institute, along with department directors and staff members. It served as a platform for exchanging ideas and expertise, discussing ways to strengthen internal cooperation, support the achievement of shared goals, and reinforce a work environment based on effective communication and continuous coordination among the various organizational units.

H.E. Abu Bakr Al Kindi stated: “This workshop reflects the Institute’s commitment to strengthening institutional communication among its various departments and developing mechanisms for joint work in ways that contribute to improving institutional performance and achieving greater integration in the implementation of plans, programs, and initiatives.
