The Sharjah Institute for Heritage welcomed a high-level delegation from the People’s Republic of China, headed by Mr. Huang Qi Jian, Chairman of the China Publishing Group Corporation, as part of efforts to enhance cooperation and exchange of expertise.
The meeting discussed ways to develop collaboration in the fields of culture and publishing, exploring opportunities for translation and cultural exchange, in addition to the mutual exchange of professionals and expertise in printing and publishing. Emphasis was also placed on the importance of fostering cultural understanding through publishing and translation initiatives.
This meeting is part of the Sharjah Institute for Heritage’s vision to strengthen engagement with both international and local entities, and to support initiatives that contribute to sustainable community and cultural development.
